In case of computer & network security incidents, we coordinate from the legal point of view the client’s incident response – ensuring that electronic evidence is properly gathered and preserved – and a proper response is issued from the legal point of view.
In case of court action or in preparation of such actions – both civil and/or criminal cases – involving electronic evidence and IT related issues, we offer legal advice and representation services to clients in need to gather, organize and properly present computer related technical aspects and electronic evidence in Romanian courts.
Bringing electronic evidence to court – such as e-mails, logs, digital pictures and so on, can be a difficult task if they are not collected and preserved properly, as well as interpreted in a correct and relevant manner.

Mr. Driga has graduated “Mihail Kogalniceanu” University, Faculty of Law in year 2000 and is a registered lawyer within the Iasi Bar Association – member of the Romanian National Unions of Bars since January 2005.
Mr. Driga has previously been working for several years in providing IT security and Business related consulting for companies in Romania.
Since year 2009 he specialized in computer crime and digital evidence related issues, holding the European Certificate on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence – and has been activating also in the fields of computer crime prevention and training of legal professionals on computer & Internet related legal & technical issues.
In this line of activity Mr. Driga is actively maintaining several dedicated websites on cybercrime, computer fraud and electronic evidence providing legal information for both legal professionals and the general public in Romania.
