On October 8th 2009 the Romanian Constitutional Court declared the law implementing the European Directive on Data Retention in Romania as unconstitutional.
Recently the Court has published the motivation of its decision which is available in Romanian Language on the Constitutional Court's website here...

Romanian legal blog on cybercrime launched

The website is called Criminalitate.info (the name is the romanian equivalent of the therm Cybercrime which translates as Criminalitate Informatica) and consists of legal articles and legal references in the field of cybercrime and electronic evidence.
We will post english language updates from Criminalitate.info blog under the Cybercrime category on our website.
